Attorney Ciocchetti’s journey practicing law began when he graduated from Stetson University in 2003, earning an M.B.A. and a Juris Doctor degree. He began his career representing the Florida Department of Insurance in hundreds of first-party property insurance disputes throughout Florida. Through firsthand experience, he learned the significance of strong legal advocacy for those struggling with losses left unaddressed by insurance providers. In 2016, he started a private practice devoted exclusively to representing property owners in first-party insurance claim defense.  The Wall Street Journal and Miami Magazine recognized him as a Top Attorney in Florida. In addition, he was chosen as a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star and is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

With a vision to establish a law firm that not only excelled in insurance defense, Attorney Ciocchetti extended his practice to include other crucial practice areas. Recognizing the increasing demand for specialized legal representation in property damage and construction defect defense, he expanded the firm’s horizons. He brought in attorneys who shared his passion for excellence and client advocacy.
